Cake flour

How do you make cake flour? Its really easy actually! Remove 2 TBSP of flour from every 1 cup.  Replace that flour with 2 TBSP of cornstarch.  Sift it 5 – 6 times and its ready to use cake flour. Always measure the flour that is needed after its sifted!
