Ingredients
| BOTTOM LAYER | |
| 2 1/2 c | crushed pretzels |
| 1/3 c | brown sugar |
| 2 stk | butter, unsalted & melted |
| MIDDLE LAYER | |
| 1 | cool whip |
| 1 pkg | cream cheese |
| 1/2 c | sugar |
| 2 tsp | pure vanilla extract |
| GANACHE | |
| 3/4 c | heavy whipping cream |
| 3/4 c | milk chocolate chips |
Directions

Put your pretzels and brown sugar through food processor until almost fine crumbs. Melt 2 sticks of butter, dump pretzels in a 13×9 pan and pour butter over it and press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Make middle layer, mix softened cream cheese, sugar and cool whip until smooth and creamy.

Spread this layer over the cooled pretzel bottom. Place in the fridge until you are ready to put the ganache on it.

Make ganache by combining heavy whipping cream & chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water until melted.

stir constantly to cool faster and then pour over the top of the dessert to finish it off.
