This is a super simple Easter Cake that anyone can make. You can pick your favorite box mix cake. Make two round cakes and ice them with vanilla, buttercream or cream cheese icing. That choice is yours but I’d go with a light color like white, pink, yellow or blue. As you can see I used a white icing, it was plain vanilla. I stuck a couple boxes of peeps around the outside of the cake and then topped with some Easter Pastel M & M’s. This was a crowd pleaser, even the peeps who didn’t like peeps could simply pull them off. Now you can go all out and make this entire cake from scratch except for the peeps and M & M’s, another choice that’s yours! Enjoy!
