No-Bake Cookies

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup Nutella
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

Mix butter, milk, sugar, cocoa powder on the stove till it boils (on medium) stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Remove from heat and stir in nutella and vanilla, stir until nutella is completely mixed in. add both white and chocolate chips stir them in fast and add oats. Stir till well incorporated and drop balls on wax paper or roll them in your hand and press them with a spoon to make a cookie.

I did some as cookies and some as balls, I’m going to cover the balls with a ganache tomorrow!

makes about a dozen and half or more depending on how big you make them.
