Ingredients

6 boneless loin chops, diced
1 jar(s) lachoy sweet & sour sauce
1 can(s) crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch red pepper seeds (optional)
BATTER INGREDIENTS
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Start by dicing chops in to small squares.
2. Next add Lachoy sweet & sour sauce, pineapple including juice, ground ginger, garlic powder and red pepper seeds. Simmer on low all while your doing everything else.
3. Now take the Batter ingredients and mix until smooth! Then dump in the meat and stir until all meat is completely submerged in gooey batter.

4. Deep fry these yummy little nuggets and set in grease draining container or on paper towel.

5. Make the rice in the meantime between batches of cooking meat.
6. Heat a can of Chinese veggies or chop suey 🙂
7 Place a mound of rice, then veggies, meat and sauce, then eat!
Enjoy.

Now you could tweak this recipe to your taste, especially the sauce. If you notice I added a bunch of shredded carrots, I left them out of the recipe, cause I didn’t care for them in it. Its an easy removal lol

I’m not a fan of pork so we don’t have it very often. I like to make sweet and sour chicken though, it’s always a big hit.

I don’t usually use pork but this really looks fantastic. My son and I love making a variety of oriental dishes. I love that you put red pepper flake in it-I do the same!
