I just used my regular pancake recipe here on the site I just added some extra sugar to it. I made them like normal and I used a blackberry jam and made a glaze. I only put the jelly between the pancakes and the glaze on top. They were yummy and had a hint of jelly donut taste, I think was the jelly and glaze that did it.
