Critters in our yard!
Sometimes we go outside and find the cutest critters and sometimes the scariest too! We had a frog and a turtle. 
This turtle below was huge for his type. He was headed for dry land and it appeared he got hit by a car already. 
He was good sized Yellow-bellied slider. 
This was him outside, I left the picture full size so you can see it. 
That’s one great advantage when you live close by nature. You get to see beautiful creatures that you seldom see and encounter with if you live in the city. Love the turtle, my kids would love all of those!
I love the turtle. I used to have one when I was a kid. I like the way you’ve taken the photos of it especially the closed-up one.
