Holland House White Cooking Wine w/Lemon Review
For this Holland House White Cooking Wine, I used the recipe on the back of their bottle! The recipe was pretty simple and so delicious! I sent hubby to go pick himself out some salmon from the grocery store. I was glad he found fresh salmon and not prepackaged frozen.
I prepared pan and fish. This was my first time cooking fresh salmon too! It turned out beautiful! Hubby loved it. The aroma when it cooked was so good not fishy, I could smell the wine cooking and it all was just wonderful. My husband ate all the fish that was left, none went to waste. He said he wants me to make it again. Now I will be ordering another bottle of the Holland House White Cooking Wine w/Lemon.
I recommend all of the Holland House Cooking Wines, I have had the best flavors come out of my foods when using them. I am beyond pleased, I never cooked with wine before this and now I think how can I fit this in to our dinner.
It was a like eating a delicious gourmet meal!
