Triple layer Chocolate Mousse!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I had the wonderful opportunity to try NuNaturals Nustevia Products!  To my surprise they were just what we needed to cut back some of the sugar in our foods!  I love to bake and make yummy stuff, you know the stuff that is not always so good for you.  With NuNaturals Nustevia Products I can make the yummy stuff we love and it be a bit less bad for us.  Now I taste everything and I tasted each and every bottle of the liquids I received.  They are like extracts so they aren’t supposed to be tasty right from the bottle, but mixed in to baked goods they are so good!

NuNaturals have a variety of products to chose from too, I really am glad they found me.  This could help change some of our bad habits, well mine.  I can’t help it because I just love to bake and cook.

So today I made some yummy Triple layer Chocolate Mousse!

I made a yummy mousse using a natural sweetener it did include a little bit of white chocolate chips too.  It is divine!

Ingredients:

1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup 90% cocoa supreme dark (lindt)
2 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cooled brewed coffee
2 packets NuStevia sweetener
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp NuStevia Vanilla

like a double boiler take a metal bowl and fill it with the chocolates, butter, coffee, 1 tbsp NuStevia Vanilla and put the metal bowl over a low simmering pan of water. Melt and combine the ingredients until all smooth and melty. Then I stirred and stirred until it was cooled. Set aside. Take heavy cream, 2 packets of Nustevia Natural Sweetener and 1 tbsp Nustevia Vanilla. Using the whisk attachments whip until its like whipped cream. add half of the mixture in to the chocolate and fold it in. fill dish half full then add half of remaining whipped cream to leftover chocolate mousse and it will be lighter colored top the three dishes with that layer make sure to spread them around and down into the dishes. Then add the remaining whipped cream a dollop at a time to the tops of the mousse and spread the white around. That’s it let sit in cold fridge for a few hours then serve! Enjoy!

Just wanted to add a note.  The only reason I used white chocolate chips was because I only had 4 squares of the unsweetened chocolate.  I imagine you could add a little of the natural sweetener into the chocolate while warming to dissolve it completely.

Keep your eyes peeled I plan on making more yummy stuff and maybe some kind of drinks using NuNatural’s Products!

You can get some of these wonderful natural sweeteners from their website NuNaturals.com
