I had the pleasure of trying out this amazing Stainless Steel Earth Pan by Ozeri and I am thus far beyond impressed.  I have went from one dish to another while using the pan!  When cooking something and pouring it out into serving dish the pan is wiped clean with paper towel and quick wipe with soapy dish rag and rinsed.  The pan is just so awesome!  I love the way it cooks, it almost reminded me of my iron skillet except I have to use safe utensils (non-metal) in this.  I have already told my mom how much I love it and she said she hopes to get one too!  

 

So the day the Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan arrived I used it with in an hour! I got it out and peeled off the stickers which have left a mark in the pan I have yet to get off of it.  You can see it in the photo up there.  I already washed the pan after peeling stickers in the above photo.   I despise stickers stuck on pans and dishes especially in the center of the dish!  That’s just me though! 🙂 I still love the pan! I started by cutting up some green peppers and onions my favorite first two ingredients in a lot of dishes!  Then started them to saute in the pan adding some Italian hot sausage to it letting them cook while covered. 

Did I mention I have a lid that fit’s this pan perfectly and it’s a glass lid so I can see through it! Yay!!

So when this cooked up I removed the sausage and added ground beef to brown up and added some seasoning and two small cans of tomato sauce. I added sausage back in and cooked covered for some time.  This pan cooked my sausage and veggies, my ground beef and then I finished the sauce.  I was so busy I didn’t have time to grab the camera for the sauce photo.

The next morning I made some pancakes and I didn’t use anything in the pan to really test the non-stick claim.  I was truly intrigued when I poured the batter in and cooked until bubbles formed and boom flipped right over NO Stick!  I went from making the pancakes to making a banana syrup right in the same pan.  Worked out Great!

Last night The day after receiving this wonderful addition to my kitchen I decided to make leftovers.  I knew I had that spaghetti from last night,  thought how about something like chicken and spaghetti.  So I cut up some green peppers, onions, chicken and some sun dried tomatoes and Italian herbs and cooked it up and served it over last night’s spaghetti!
