Lasagna and Cannoli Night!

My lasagna no recipe today I just went for it, as I have done many of times. I enjoy cooking without recipes. I made my sauce like I would any other, but I made sure my meat was ground up fine. I do not like big chunks of meat in my Lasagna. This is just my preference. The lasagna turned out really good!

I also searched google and found a recipe, which I do not have now and I made deconstructed cannolis! OMG they were so good I really shocked myself! I plan on trying this again, but I have to find that recipe for the shells again.

It turned out so good! You can find some really good recipes out there, some you do change a little like this one for the Cannoli shells didn’t call for cocoa powder, but I added like 2 TBSP to it.

Give it a shot try to make it from a recipe online! Youtube has videos and everything!

I make lasagna on special occasion lol. Hubby loves it!
