What To Look For When Choosing A Summer Camp Facility!
We have been considering for sometime now a Summer Camp to send our son too. It’s a hard choice for me because he will be away from his Mama and I will need to know he’s at a place I can trust. So I head to the search engines and search for summer camp facilities and I find lots of places that come up. So many choices and so many to choose from it’s so hard to pick the right one!
Well to start I’d ask about activities and what kind are available? Do they have Arts & Crafts, Swimming, Games, and any others. If they have a nurse or someone available at any given time if my son needs a treatment due to his asthma? Is there a doctor on staff as well, just out of curiosity. I mean why not ask everything you can think of after all you’re sending you kids there right? Other things are what kind of programs are available is there a big brother/sister programs?
Another thing is food, what kind of menu is available for the kids? Are there peanut free options available. Are there a variety of foods available daily like at school? Are there complete breakfasts, lunches and dinners? What about snacks do I provide them or are they available there on site?
