Our Move Is Going Slowly………
In fact I’m Not so sure I’m feeling this move. I’m not happy about the kitchen cupboards above or below, they are sticky and have a lot of cockroach dirt in them. You can see this in the photos. I sure hope we can actually move in since we have already begun our lease and rent started on Saturday the 15th. We do not have one peice of our property there yet though, other than the wood we purchased to repair the front porch as he told us if we could do that he would take care of the inside for us which is his job anyways, but I like hubby can do the porches like I want. That included the discussion of the cupboards as well as the place we could pick them up at, because he has an account there. We were at the house on Sunday and we did the porch, there was no water yet. I couldn’t finish the work I was putting in on the bathtub with removal of an insane and disgustingly molded amount of caulking. I got the caulk off of there, I just couldn’t wash it cause we had no water. Under the kitchen cupboards are disgusting and gross filled with tons of mouse poop, stuff is duct taped up and rotten down there too. It’s smells bad as well, again I photographed and video’d everything. He said he would be complete by today Tuesday at the latest, I mean he did do a lot of work don’t get me wrong. The guys who were working there weren’t very neat though and have the wall paint on the dark trim and counter top that needs to go anyways, has caulk all over the top of it. It was even spilled over into their box of flooring or whatever it was. I’m not sure if the rest of the place is been fixed. Hubby said the toilets were removed and outside and now white almost like new. So as long as they are like new and nothing remains I can deal with that.
I guess a lot of it is my anxiety about it all. I haven’t done nothing yet but we have time though. I just don’t have boxes or nothing to pack with yet. Until we are ready to go I don’t want to start loading up everything, we always do everything on the last two days. lol I just cannot wait for it to be OVER! I hope in a year we can purchase the place if everything falls into plan! He told use $30000.00 which isn’t bad at all! It’s a nice piece of property and I would be content there I’m sure of it. I have a beautiful sunset over an open field and a large yard for our family to enjoy!
We need to put fence & some privacy fence up for the pooch!
In the photos you will see lots of small spots and all kinds of little warped areas, I do this for my own proof and then I post so I have it for later if needed. 🙂 I watch Judge Judy! LOL not that I am worried about anything. Just in a mental rush!
