Best Sleep Mask & Ear Plugs Combo!
I received this awesome Sleep mask and earplugs from Bedtime Bliss and I must say these are an awesome combo! The first night I tried them I went to sleep with TV on and when I woke up I couldn’t understand why it was so loud. Well I sleepwalk, talk and do things. So chances are I couldn’t hear TV and turned it up till I could over the ear plugs. However when I woke up finally that morning when the TV was so loud I found both the earplugs and mask under my pillow. Go figure lol I have no idea. The second night I made sure to turn the TV off and I slept like a rock as far as I know lol and woke up in darkness when the sun was shining bright, still with sound blocked out. I was impressed with the good amount of sleep I had. Aside from my bladder, I wake because of daylight and sound so these are a big bonus for me.
I really like the little satchel that came with the earplugs too. It’s a nice little soft bag and the ear plugs themselves are amazing, I honestly never knew you could use squeeze these and place in ear and they fill in the ear canal. That to me was the coolest!
If you are a morning sleeper especially or just need help with blocking out the light and sound this is what you can use to do that for sure! This would make a great gift for Dad this Father’s Day so he can get a sound and peaceful sleep.

Can you feel the ear plugs once they’re in your ears? I think they’d be uncomfortable — but I’m not good with earbuds for music either. The eye mask looks comfy!
Actually they aren’t bad at all. I was a bit skeptical about putting them in but you squeeze them like roll it and make it thin and put it in the ear not all the way, just a good part of it and it slowly fills up the ear and they were comfy. I was able to fall asleep. Not sure when I took it all off, but I kept them on for most the night.
My husband would love these. I need my light! I also like the white noise app we use for the baby so I want to hear it while I’m sleeping he he
My husband snores sometimes, I would like to have a set of these! It is also great when you travel.
That is a great looking sleep mask. I could definitely use one of those.
It would be nice to have one for my husband. Hubby works at graveyard and he always complains about sleeping at daytime because of the bright light that comes through even after covering it with thick curtains. He needs that sleep mask.

I have a sleep mask before but it never quite worked for me. Black out curtains does.
