Digital Meat Thermometer
I love this meat thermometer I received from Home-Complete! My first use of the new thermometer I did it wrong. I never read nothing and I need to, because of if not I end up doing what I did. Thankfully it wasn’t nothing too bad. What I did was shoved the whole thing into my roast instead of pulling it out of the case it was in. LOL What a dingbat I am sometimes. I finally removed it from its case and reinserted it into my roast and it was perfectly done. I plan on using it often in my kitchen. I love that it has a waterproof design and that I can use it as a candy thermometer too! That is one of my favorite things to make!
