Gaia Herbs ~ Passionflower Vine Extract Review!

DSCF2377

I was very excited to try out some of this Certified Organic Passionflower Vine Extract from Gaia Herbs, because I have a bit of anxiety and after doing some reading I found this is something that helps.   I suffer from Insomnia as well as a few other little ailments I wish would vanish.   As with anything I’m a little nervous about trying things, especially something like this.  I was completely unsure, but I seen on the Dr Oz show on TV that this little extract helps with several things.   I started taking it immediately after calling my pharmacist to just double check, because I take BP Meds that specifically warn about taking other items with it.  She said I was good to go so I was thrilled.  I started out with 40 drops in my drink.  I was a little nervous, but 40 drops isn’t really a lot.  Let me add Everything has gone smoothly!

I have to admit I have been pretty impressed with this Passionflower Vine Extract from GaiaHerbs!   I look forward to getting more of this, because honestly my overall everything has felt pretty darn good the last week, I have even lost a little more than a few pounds.  I have read all over the internet all the things passionflower vine extract can possibly help things like seizures, hysteria, asthma, menopause symptoms, ADHD, nervousness, excitability, palpitations, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia and some pain relief.   I got a lot of info from that WebMD about it too, like some people apply it to their skin for hemorrhoids, burns, pain and swelling.

How can you use this beneficial extract by adding it to your drink as a flavoring.  I’ll be honest I drink peach mango & lemon iced tea mixed and it’s perfect enhancement to this drink.  I just love it.  I feel super good and I am on the right road! I do not want to take any meds for my anxiety or insomnia. I have to for my heart condition, but hopefully I won’t one day!

Now its all mixed in and tastes wonderful!

If you need to find a natural way to help with anything mentioned, I would try it.  I mean it can’t hurt to try it.  If it makes you feel better ask your pharmacist like I did and/or your doctor too!
