A little about these on the techy side. The HDMI Cord is a 6 foot cable with Ethernet (28 AWG). It’s a way to provide an interface between any audio and video source, like blu ray players, DVD players, set-top boxes, video game consoles, AV receivers and an audio and/or video monitor like a digital TV or plasma monitor. They perform at standard levels set by HDMI 1.4 and they have also passed a stringent category 2 testing. Plus it doesn’t matter which end you plug in to each device.
These are an awesome addition to all homes, because there is nothing like watching netflix or something on the computer by simply hooking up a cord that requires nothing extra to do. Besides plugging it in.
