I Have Dreamed of Owning a Restaurant!
I know I am not the perfect chef or cook and I have never been trained in anything really. But this lingering dream of mine to have my own restaurant will always be there in the back of my mind. I have thought about it for years, my sister and I have even tossed it around in conversation. There are a lot of things involved when it comes to doing something like this. Not just license but you may need to learn about employment law practice so you are doing everything right! I know I could make this dream come true, but how? I’m still working on it mentally, because I don’t have money or enough credit yet to do it.
What kind of restaurant would I want to own? Nothing fancy or gourmet, but delicious home cooked meals served like your mom or grandma made them. The kind that makes you want to come back for more! I can make anything even ingredients I haven’t used before. Like the computer skills that came naturally to me, so have the kitchen skills!
I guess for now it will be a dream and you never know what tomorrow brings, I could have this dream one day! I know that I would love to involve my mom, sister and my son into this venture when it does happen! Until then I will continue to serve all the delicious meals I make to my family! They love my cooking!
