Pastry Mat for Baking with Measurements

Pastry Mat for Baking with Measurements for Pizza, Pies, Cookies and Sheets of Dough. Silicone of Highest Grade FDA Certified. Sticks to Countertop, Durable and Reusable. Non Stick and Non Slip. Displays Weight, Oven and Liquids Conversions Right at Your Fingertips.

I had a pleasure of receiving this wonderful very large Pastry Mat to review.   This is a unique pastry mat because it comes with all the cool perks any home chef needs!  This mat is not only for baking, but you can use it to roll out your dough for pies and cookies, I just wouldn’t suggest cutting on it. You know it’s not a cutting board! It’s a nice and large pastry mat so you can roll out huge pastries or bak a lot of cookies at once!  I have to get a new pan that I can fit this awesome mat in.

One of the benefits are that this pastry mat sticks to the table or countertop, so it’s just like you’re rolling on the table.  The only difference is that it’s non stick top surface makes rolling and picking up a breeze.   Then there are the conversions on the pastry mat which is a humongous benefit to me and I’m sure to a lot of home cooks.   It has breakdowns of  Weight, Measurements and Oven Temperature Conversions.  It’ also has Bonus Recipes on the pastry mat for sugar cookies and pie dough.

The pastry mat is 23 x 15 x 15 inches and only weighs in at 4.8 ounces.  You can bake pretty much anything on it and it can save you money by not having to buy any more parchment or wax paper.  It’s FDA Certified and made of a high grade FDA certified silicon for safe and easy baking.  It’s oven safe, freezer safe and dishwasher safe, but it’s easy to clean I just used a little soapy soft cloth and water.

This pastry mat would make a great gift for anyone really.   You can get yourself one here:  Pastry Mat!

I could definitely use that mat if only for the conversions on it! Why is it that when I actually need to know how many teaspoons in a tablespoon I just can’t remember!!
