Skinny Noodle Review!

DSCF4512

So I had a cool opportunity to try these noodles called skinny noodles.  Now these aren’t your normal noodle, but they aren’t too far from.  They are very similar but have a bit more texture to them.   You have to really wash with water in a strainer and make sure to cook them with what you are making so they take on that flavor.  I made a chinese meal with a meat, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, stir fry veggies and wow it was amazing! Talk about low carb and pasta like food! This cannot get any easier now can it.   I will be honest when I first made these noodles I thought omg cause they have a very strong smell, just rinse well and cook!  I also made a delicious spaghetti and spinach fettuccine! It was Amazing! It was simple and delicious plus the benefits of low carb!

These Awesome Skinny Noodles Shirataki are unbelievably low calorie, low carb gluten and soy free pasta and rice substitute or alternative.   They come in 5 different type angel hair, spinach fettuccine, spaghetti, macaroni and rice.  These are made from what the Asia calls Konjac or Konnyaku Root. Yes a Root!  The added bonus is these are diabetic and weight loss compatible with just a few grams of fiber per serving.

The Skinny Noodle is a health choice for traditional pastas, in soups, salad and stir fry’s! Plus these are made in America! They are easy to prepare rinse well and completely you can microwave, pan fry or parboil for around 2 to 3 minutes.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
