Body Tape Measure & Fat Calipers!

So everyone knows I’m working on losing weight, well most people do anyways. I have been successful this far! I was so happy to try the The Ozeri Body Tape Measure and Body Fat Test Caliper Combo Pack! Although the Test Caliper is too small for my big body yet, it worked perfectly on the hubby! The same day I received the measuring tape I immediately measured my waist, hips, arms, thighs and today I did my neck. I never thought to do the neck.

I wont tell you every measurement, because I am a big girl and I have a little bit of pride so I will share the one area I have actually lost inches in the last two weeks! My arms! When I measured the on August 8th 2014 they were both evenly fat and 17.5 inches around.  Today August 20th I measured again and the left was 16 inches and the right was 14.5 inches! Now I’m not sure how or why but I’m happy about it!  

This wonderful combination is great for anyone like me trying to keep track of progress during weight loss or gain, either way!  It measures to a whopping 78 inches (200 cm) it also has a push button locking and retraction so that makes measuring easy!  Plus the tape measure includes both inches (in) and centimeters (cm) it’s also made with a long lasting vinyl called ABS! 

The caliper is another great tool and cannot wait to use it for myself to get a better idea of my body fat!  The caliper is an easy way to measure the amount of body fat without using electronic devices.  I have asked several people which they prefer and non digital is the answer!  So this is exactly what I need here in the near future!  With the caliper is a body fat chart for men and women to help you understand your body fat levels!

I am so grateful to get these Awesome tools to help aid in my weight loss journey as well as in general overall knowing what we all are measured at.  I did my whole family to see what our measurements were.   They say I’m obsessed with this, but at this point in my life I’m 40 and over 300 lbs I need to lose and be obsessed! It’s the only way I can succeed and I HAVE too!
