It instantly displays your BMI (Body Mass Index) and your current weight. It also does a calculation of net weight changes and goes from the last 3-7 weigh ins.
It has a 7 day memory when you do weigh yourself daily, like I do. This scale is so amazing it allows you to instantly see your changes from the previous days weight even if it’s a 0.1 lbs. It shows the average for the last 3 days and the previous weeks! Talk about control and seeing what you’re doing, you can with this scale! This scale has a nice bright color alert too that lights up the LCD screen indicating green or red for ups and downs.
