It was so Beautiful Today!
Sometimes when I get out there walking I am just Amazed at the Beauty out there and omg a bird just flew up to my window and hoovered flapping it’s wings in front of my window, like a peeping tom! LOL It’s so funny all the things out here in Beautiful Alabama. I love it here, I especially love living next door to this Farm field. I know a lot of you may miss my delicious foods I cooked that were care free and unrestricted. That was my problem though, I’m so sorry that I don’t cook like I used to now. Although I did make Banana Bread yesterday no recipe but I went with 2 eggs, 2 cups flour bout 1 to 1.5 cups of milk, 2 mashed bananas, 1/2 tsp salt, tsp baking powder and about 3/4 cup brown sugar. baked for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. They turned out so good, not that I know cause I didn’t taste them at all. I sent them to work with the hubby and I set some aside in a zip lock for my pumpkin over the next few days. So anyways here was my walk today and it was wonderful!
