Probiotics Review!
I can’t live without probiotics and I have tried a lot of them. I find some are better than others at least for the reason I use them. I eat a low carb high fat diet and I do occasionally struggle going to the bathroom, number two. These are the type of supplements that help me move along, on top of all the good gut bacteria. Probiotics are also really good for your digestive, metabolic and immune systems. It helps with your digestive health, balances your intestinal flora, can improve your mood and break down allergy causing proteins. It says it can accelerate fat loss, I don’t promote that and I don’t agree. I use these strictly to help me go and keep good gut bacteria and that’s about it.
