If you’re like me you sometimes have LBL and need to occasionally be prepared.  Try Poise Free Samples! I have always just used a period pad for this, well I have since learned Poise has a NEW Thin Pad! It’s awesome it’s shaped nice and is super comfy! You cannot even tell you’re wearing it. It’s made to fit and you won’t even notice it. Now that I got my New Poise Thin Pads I have to find a way to #‎RecycleYourPeriodPad‬. So I thought what a better way to recycle a pad I can use to make Easter Crafts with my son, we wont tell him where the cotton came from though.

What you need for the Easter Craft:

  • Construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Period Pad for cotton
  • Crayons or anything else you want to add.

Many of us suffer from light bladder leakage, I have since I gave birth to my son.  It’s been a challenge finding a good pad and honestly I have wasted money buying period pads trying those.  I decided to use them some how and tried these New Thin Poise Pads and will forever be happy using them!

WHAT IS LBL?
• One in three women experience Light Bladder Leakage (LBL) – little leaks that can be triggered by everyday occurrences like coughing, sneezing, laughing and exercise.
• Weak pelvic floor muscles, pregnancy, childbirth and weight gain are just a few LBL contributors.

WHAT CAUSES LBL?
Just as no two women are alike, there’s no single reason that LBL happens. Some of the most common things that lead to uninvited leaks include:
• Physical changes from childbirth, pregnancy, hysterectomy or menopause
• Being overweight
• Complications from surgery, stroke, or chronic diseases like diabetes, multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson’s disease
• Bladder or urinary tract infections
• Bladder irritants (certain foods and beverages)

When you try Poise you’ll find your perfect protection, you’ll stay fresh and confident with Poise Pads an Liners!  Since they’re specifically designed  for LBL it will make them an easy choice for us!

They’re designed to move with your body and are thin shaped pads that are SUPER ABSORBENT!  Made with a Thin Flex Design for that Extra protection and keeps you 3x’s drier than your period pads will! So live in Peace and Confidence and less worry about leaks with the New Poise Thin Pads!

Head on over to Poise and Get your Free Sample of the New Poise Thin Pads!
