Amazing Chicken Bacon Cheddar Soup/Stew!
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Breasts cut into strips
- 10 pc Bacon, diced
- 1 c Water
- 1 c HWC
- 3 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 c Shredded Cheddar
- 2 oz Onion, diced
- 1/2 oz Green Onion, sliced
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Start by cutting your chicken into strips and put them in a pan, sprinkle some seasoning on them. Add the bacon grease and cover let cook till the chicken is done! Then stir it up some more and separate it, cause it will stick together from cooking it without stirring it. Once this is all separated add the HWC and Water stir well and simmer it. Add the cream cheese and the stir it until it’s mixed in add the remaining seasoning, onions and around 2/3 of the green onion. Cook down for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the bacon long ways up the strips then cut across so you get a lot of smaller pieces. Then cook it up. Once the bacon is cooked to your liking put in on a drain rack, I use paper towel on a paper plate.
The soup should now be done, nice and thick! Put in your favorite bowl and top with some cheddar, bacon and green onions!
