Cocoa Quartz Mineral Eye Shadow!
I recently received a sample of the a Gorgeous Cocoa Quartz color from Raul E New York about Mineral Dimensional Eyeshadow. I have to say I really love it. It has a nice shimmer and is a perfect color. A lot of people use multiple shadows, but I have always been pretty much a single, sometimes a second shadow kinda gal.
I have used a few types of different mineral makeup, but the shadows always amaze me! I love the shimmer in the this Cocoa Quartz and it’s the perfect color for me! This is an amazing Mineral Shadow by Silvana Penavić who prides herself in offering a timeless, classy and elegant mineral based makeup! I can see why, this shadow shows is beautiful and I love it!
I would definitely like to add maybe a lighter color to my collection.
