Does Your Family Have Pets?
We have a few pets here in the Baker Household and to start there are the boys! LOL just kidding, I’m not really including my husband and son. Although, I do have to take care of them too! Well I take care of them all, scoop the poop, shave, meds, worming if we get fleas, etc….
Well my male neutered cat Sam is just the sweetest little jerk ever! I say that with kindness, although he’s so mean sometimes too! But our dog Bunny Bear is what we call our Princess Humperdink! I’m sure you can figure that name out and why we call him that. LMFAO If not oh well!
So Sam and Bunny Bear have a very special relationship Bunny tries to hump him and Sam constantly grooms him! They’re so crazy, I do have to tell the dog to stop, cause the dogs 50 lbs and the cats 16 lbs! I’m like HE’S NOT THE ONE BUNNY BEAR!!! Animals….. lol I love their crazy asses though.
Sam he is so funny, he will sit for a half hour or more and lick the dog’s neck, back, ears, side, etc…. The cat will hit spots that will make the dog start to flick and I just die laughing.
We have Charlie too, she is Sam’s sister and they were born from the same litter. She’s a very weird cat who is skittish around any other people, and sometimes around us too!
Recently, I have noticed a bit of a flea problem around here. It seems like they have been overpopulated, not sure if it’s because of the heat or just an overflow of animals out here in rural Alabama. But we tried Comfortis for all the pets in the house. So far so good! I am super pleased.
Although, one of my pets puked a bit of clear liquid and looked like it had blood in it. I couldn’t find any side effects like that so I just hoped & prayed for the best! Everyone is great now! Thanks to Dothan Animal Hospital (You can find them on Facebook too) for having something that worked! WOOHOOOO!!!!
