Homemade Strawberries & Cream Cake!

Homemade Strawberries & Cream Cake! #Delicious #Homemade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c coconut oil
  • 1/2 c boiling water (I used hazelnut coffee, but it only changed color had no taste change)
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 vanilla beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep a 10 inch pan. I used a springform pan with a round silicone mat placed in the bottom and I oil it all up with coconut oil.

Do not use vegetable oil! It’s fake! There is NO oil from Vegetables! Common Sense Folks!

Place all dry ingredients into a mixer bowl.

Place the egg and milk in another dish and beat them together.

Add the egg and milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix.

Put the water in the microwave and nuke it, while the cake is mixing.

Add the coconut oil to the boiling water if it’s not liquid, so the coconut oil melts completely.

Add the water and coconut oil to the mixture.

This batter will be very, very thin!

Pour into your pan and bake for exactly 35 minutes!

Run butter knife around the edges and then pop open the pan and place cake on cooling rack to cool!

Once cooled cut the cake in half and I added Smucker’s Strawberry Jam about 3/4 cup, I spread it all over and placed the other piece of cake over the top, but I placed it upside down so the cut part was facing up.

Use vanilla bean buttercream, which is your basic buttercream with vanilla bean added instead of extract! Vanilla beans are amazing! Frost the cake, cut and serve!

I just wanted to add, this cake turned out so delicious, moist and amazing! It was blown away! It’s almost like eating the best cake ever and a danish mixed!

Hey a Cranish Cake! LOL Cake and Danish! LMFAO Like a CroNut! LMFAO Croissant mixed with a Donut! LOL
