So my mom got me a KitchenAid Mixer, she acted like she got it for herself. I just didn’t buy it! Here it is parked on its counter. I never thought I’d ever get one, it’s honestly something we cannot just afford to go out and buy. Even at tax time we just never have enough extra dollars. I am so happy I cant even describe!! I already made a cake! It worked so good I never had my other mixer cream the butter and sugar like this one did. When the cake batter was finally finished I took a big ole taste of it, I was shocked there was no grainy texture like with my other mixer! Impressive!! 🙂 This has been a dream come true for me! I love to bake and I always wanted one. I would literally go through 3 or 4 a year of them cheap little hand mixers. I couldn’t ever make buttercream though. It would kill the mixers! This one is so heavy duty I love, love, love it!! Thanks Mom!! I love you too!!!

Yes in deed and when I look at it still I feel so happy it’s there! 🙂 a mixer lol She originally got it for her self she says, and she had it for about a month or so before she even pulled it out of the box and said I dont like it when she made a cake mix. LOL I said dont like it? are you kidding me! that’s the bomb! I’d love it and we traded. 🙂 I had an oyster stand mixer she bought me lol I do love my mom, she surprises me sometimes!

I love to have one too. But I seldom bake now because me and my husband is some kind of cutting sugar in our diet. Unfortunately I don’t know cake recipes that is not sweet (lol). This reminds me, do you have a brownies recipe that you can share with me? I’m sort of experimenting different brownies recipes and I haven’t found the best one yet.
I just read about your post on Facebook that you bake a cake. Baking is one thing I want to try soon. The mixer and the oven would be the first things that I will buy.

DO you like Cheese cake because you can use that natural sweetener like truvia or stevia in exchange for sugar, and you can use a lot less too. I love cheesecake that’s lightly sweetened and not over sweet.
