BBQ Pork Rolls
Now these are originally an Asian BBQ Pork Rolls and I didn’t use Char Sui Sauce, I used what I had available which probably changed the taste a bit. However I loved them! They bread turned out Great and was soft, tender and so good! My BBQ Pork was good too, I think this recipe for the rolls would be good with pizza and other goodies inside of them. Not just the BBQ Pork!
I only made 4 tonight just so we could try them and so hubby could take 2 to work with him. I also made him a salad and a homemade strawberry orange vinaigrette. That was the first time I made this vinaigrette, he liked it though!
Now the recipe for the Asian BBQ Pork Rolls is credited to this cute little chic on Youtube and I will put her video here so you can see exactly what to do! She is a smart talented baker and I watched several of her videos and I finally just subscribed. I included her video near the end of the post!
Something I noticed also when making this dough for the rolls was that it really smelled like a doughnut dough I made before and so I couldn’t help myself, but to try to fry some of the dough. I ended up taking 5 balls of dough and making long doughnuts and covering the tops with a chocolate fudge like icing! They were so good! There are a couple photos of them in the gallery below.
While making these yummy delicious BBQ Pork Rolls I used my MIRA Glass Platform Digital Kitchen Scale with Large Display to weigh each ingredient, and the Bread Roll to 60 grams each. It works so great! I just love it and now would feel lost without it. It has made recipes via weight something I can do now and I don’t have to try to figure out how many grams equal cups! That was a real pain! If you love cooking you should Like them on Facebook: MIRA Brands or Visit their website: MIRA Brands and get one for yourself or a gift! Hurry Christmas is almost here!

It does remind me of the Siopao in the Philippines, which we steam it. But I use chicken or turkey instead of pork. I used to make these a lot , but it was so time consuming for me. I still love it though because it tastes so good and worth the effort. Hmmm.. Yours look really good.
