Well Managed Properties in California!
My friend Chloe moved from Michigan to California last year and she was looking for a well managed property. I was helping her look online for great places there. I actually live in Alabama so my help could only be online and/or via phone. I searched and searched and found this place Lincoln property management, I told her to check them out they have lists of available rentals. You want to find a well managed property when moving and if you are a property owner sounded great for managing your properties. So my friend is now in a comfy new place to live in California and she said she loves it there!
What do you look for in property management on either side tenant or owner?
