This is a recipe I just came up with this morning for my son’s breakfast. Now the video mentions only 1 cup of flour but I did add around 1/8th of a cup more flour. So here is the recipe.
1 1/8 C AP Flour
1/2 C Oats
1/4 C Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 TBSP Cinnamon
1/2 TBSP Baking Powder
Put all dry ingredients in dish you plan on using to mix in.
1 C Milk
2 TBSP Oil
1 TSP Vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients thoroughly!
This is how your batter should look!
Ladle the batter in to the pan and let cook just like any other pancakes, but these do not seem to make the holes in the top of pancake. I also sprinkled chocolate chips and covered with some pancake batter.
Don’t these look good? They are so good! I couldn’t believe how good they were. I am not much of a pancake eater and wow!! That is all I can say!
