Niacinamide Vitamin B3 Moisturizer!
Let me start off by saying this is an amazing moisturizer! The Niacinamide works great it makes my skin feel hydrated. I have always had dry cheek bones and forhead with a slightly oily feeling around my nose and just above the brows. I know it’s crazy how can I have such random skin? I don’t know, but I do!
