I always enjoy these types of reviews because I get find and try recipes that are new to me! I had the chance to review an Ebook called 101 Healthy Vegan Asian Food Cook Book, this book has so many recipes in it. The first one that stood out to me was the Cabbage Rolls! They are pretty simple and delicious! I love cabbage! I figured since it was an Asian book it would have more cabbage in it. There is a delicious Chili Dip too! It calls for brown sugar, but I used a splenda blend of brown sugar. I used this chili dip for cooking chicken in it. WOW! Amazing!
Now personally I’m not going to give up meat, because I love meat. Meat is something that our body needs! I just want to be clear about that. I do like some of the recipes in this book, but I use them with meat! Meat is a good source of fat, protein and other essential vitamins our bodies require.
There are a lot of different style recipes in this book that are all Asian and look amazing. I can still make a lot of these dishes in a low carb and no sugar way too! So that’s a big plus! I love the recipes in this book and look forward to making the next recipe. I love cooking and books like these make it so much easier to make authentic style dishes from different parts of the world! Thanks #JonathonVine Great Book!
