Delicious Breakfast Quiche!
I decided to make a Low Carb Homemade Pie Crust from my other site. This turned out fantastic!
- 6 slices cooked, cut up bacon
- 3 eggs
- 3 oz whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar
- 2 oz chopped onion
- 1.5 oz chopped green pepper
- 1 Par Cooked Low Carb Homemade Pie Crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
I started by mixing eggs and cream cheese, then added remaining ingredients and stirred it up. Before you pour these ingredients into the pie, put some shredded cheddar on the bottom like this.
That crust was par baked already. Now that you added the cheese go ahead and pour in the filling and bake it for 40 minutes. Let stand for about 15 minutes then slice and serve while still warm.
